Pia Brezavšček is a PhD student of Philosophy at the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Arts, where she previously graduated from Philosophy and Art History. She is a freelance cultural worker who writes predominantly about contemporary art, dance and theatre. She was an active contributor to broadcasts for Radio Študent. Her articles have been published by the daily newspapers Večer, Delo, by Tribuna, Dialogi, Maska, Performance Research and other publications. She was a member of the jury for the 6th edition of Gibanica and is a recipient of the Ksenja Hribar dance criticism award.
